野菜の煮炊き/SIMMERED VEGETABLES
材料/Materials
お好みの野菜 適量[Vegetables to taste]
和風だし 600ml[Dashi 600ml]
薄口しょうゆ・みりん 各50ml
[Soy sauce&Mirin All50ml]
作り方/way of making
①野菜をお好みのサイズに切る
[(1)Cut vegetables into desired size.]
②鍋に具材とダシを加え、少し沸騰させる
[(2) Put the ingredients in a pot, add the broth and bring to a slight boil]
③湧いてきたら弱火にして、しょうゆとみりんを加え、落とし蓋をする
[(3) When the water comes to a boil, reduce heat, add soy sauce and mirin, and cover with a lid.]
④野菜に火が通ったら完成(野菜によるが目安は15分ほど)
[(4)When the vegetables are cooked, they are ready.]
