(To prepare)ã»Preheat oven to 160°C (about timing of mixing eggs)<br />

â Put water and granulated sugar into caramel.<br />
â¡ Turn off the heat and add water.<br />
⢠Divide into containers and put in the refrigerator.<br />

â Boil water, turn off the heat, and put a tea bag.<br />
â¡ Cover and steam until the tea leaves open.<br />
⢠Add milk and warm to about 70â. Turn off the heat, cover and steam again.<br />
⣠Break the egg and loosen<br />
⤠Add granulated sugar.<br />
⥠Add milk tea to eggs in 2 portions.<br />
⦠Strain and sprinkle into containers. Make a hot water bath at 70â.<br />
