Ingredients:</p>
<p>-1 small piece organic ginger<br />
-1 bunch green onion<br />
-2 pieces deep-fried Tofu<br />
-2 medium-sized onions<br />
-280g sliced pork shoulder<br />
-1.2L Udon soup<br />
-1 1/2 Tbls Miso<br />
-4 bunches dried Udon noodles<br />
-white sesame seeds<br />
-red pepper powder (seven flavor chili pepper)</p>
<p>Instructions:</p>
<p>1. Peel the ginger, slice it and cut it into fine strips<br />
2. Cut green onion finely<br />
3. Pour hot water on deep-fried Tofu to remove the oil<br />
4. Lightly press it with kitchen paper to soak up the water<br />
5. Pan-fry it on both sides<br />
6. Cut it to your desired thickness<br />
7. Chop up 2 medium-sized onions<br />
8. Cut sliced pork shoulder into bite-size pieces<br />
9. Boiled plenty of water<br />
10. Keep the Udon soup warm<br />
11. Put 1 Tbsp<br />
12. Stir-fry ginger until you can smell it<br />
13. Stir-fry the pork and take it out when it&#8217;s almost cooked<br />
14. Stir-fry the onions in the pork fat<br />
15. Add pork and ginger back when the onions are caramelized<br />
16. Add the Tofu<br />
17. Add the Miso<br />
18. Add 100ml Udon soup<br />
19. Mix it well<br />
20. boiled dried Udon for the specified time (12 mins in this time)<br />
21. If it&#8217;s going to boil over, add more water<br />
22. Prepare some cold water in the bowl<br />
23. Prepare the bowl and the strainer<br />
24. Strain the noodles<br />
25. Remove the noodles into the cold water<br />
26. Keep the hot water<br />
27. Rinse the noodles in cold water until they become firm<br />
28. Warm the noodles in the hot water you&#8217;ve kept<br />
29. Drain the water off well<br />
30. Pour the warmed soup into a bowl<br />
31. Add the noodles<br />
32. Add the pork<br />
33. Add some ground sesame seeds<br />
34. Finish with the green onion<br />
