ã»Let the butter and egg whites come to room temperature.<br />
ã»Preheat the oven to 170°C before making the dough.<br />
ã»Chop macadamias into about 5mm pieces.</p>
<p>How to make it.<br />
(1) Butter to a smooth consistency and sift in the icing sugar and blend in. Mix until the mixture turns white.<br />
(2) Add the almond puddles and mix in. Beat in the egg whites before the egg whites to prevent them from separating.<br />
(3)Beat the egg whites that have been brought to room temperature and add to (2) in 4 batches. Emulsify the egg whites each time.<br />
