<p>## Ingredients:<br />
&#8211; 2 eggs<br />
&#8211; 1/2 tsp kelp stock<br />
&#8211; Some oil</p>
<p>## Directions:<br />
1. Put 2 eggs and kelp stock in a bowl and mix lightly.<br />
2. Put half of the beaten egg in a heated frying pan and grill on medium heat.<br />
3. Add the other half of the beaten egg.<br />
4. Cut the omelet into 6 pieces.<br />
5. Cut in half diagonally with the cut side of the piece facing up.<br />
6. Rotate one of the diagonally cut pieces to form a heart shape.</p>
<p>## Tips:<br />
* When grilling the beaten egg, be careful not to burn it.</p>
<p>This recipe is simple to season, so you can put some soy sauce on the omelet. Alternatively, you can add salt, soy sauce, or sugar to the beaten egg. However, be aware that the more seasoning you add, the easier it will be to burn the omelet.</p>
