In today&#8217;s episode, our president Yuto will be demonstrating how to cook a Japanese popular family meal, Oyako-don! </p>
<p>ãIngredients for 2 peopleã<br />
&#8211; 4 chicken Thighs<br />
&#8211; 3 eggs<br />
&#8211; Half of Onion<br />
&#8211; Rice<br />
&#8211; Soy Sauce (2 tbsp) *<br />
&#8211; Mirin (2 tbsp) *<br />
&#8211; Sake (1 tbsp) *<br />
&#8211; Sugar (1 tbsp) *<br />
&#8211; Fish broth (1/2 tsp) *<br />
&#8211; Water (160mL) *</p>
<p>ãRecipeã(~20mins)<br />
1. Slice the onions into thin slices. (About 3mm thick)<br />
2. Chop the chicken into smaller pieces.<br />
3. Beat the eggs.<br />
4. Add all * ingredients into a small pan and 1 into a small pan and turn on the hob. Wait until it boils.<br />
5. Add 2 and wait for 3~5 minutes to let the chicken cook.<br />
6. Turn down the heat and add 1/2 of 3 and wait for 1 minute.<br />
7. Add the remaining 3 and wait for another minute.<br />
8. Place them on top of rice and it is ready to eat! </p>
