1.Put the egg into a small pan and add 1tsp salt. Pour the hot water and boil for about 12 mins over a medium heat. Cool it with running cold water and remove the shell. Break with a folk.<br />
2.Add the mayonnaise, chopped pickled cornichons and onions, parsley. Season with the salt and pepper.</p>

3.Heat the all ingredients for the sauce in a small pan over low heat.</p>

4.Cut the chicken in chunk sizes and season with the salt and pepper.<br />
5.Beat the egg.<br />
6.Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Dust the chicken with flour and dip in the egg. Deep fry for about 3 minutes or until they are cooked and crisp. Dip in the sweet sour sauce. Serve with the tartar sauce.</p>
