âWater Kimchi Cold Noodles</p>
<p>â Ingredients<br />
100g water kimchi<br />
2 chicken chunks<br />
(A)1/4 teaspoon sugar<br />
(A) 1/2 teaspoon salt<br />
2 teaspoons sesame oil<br />
(B) 1 cup watery kimchi marinade (chilled)<br />
(B)1 tablespoon vinegar<br />
(B)1 teaspoon soy sauce<br />
2 balls of noodles of your choice (konjac noodles, vermicelli, Chinese noodles, etc.)<br />
Sudachi (citrus fruit) and sprouts, as needed</p>
<p>â How to make<br />
ã1ãRub (A) sugar into the white meat, and then rub in salt.</p>
<p>ã2ãBring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot, add sesame oil and the white meat, along with the seasonings.<br />
Immediately turn off the heat.<br />
Cover with a lid, remove from heat and let stand for 6 minutes.<br />
Reserve 1 cup of the boiling water and let it cool.</p>
<p>ã3ãCut the water kimchi into bite-sized pieces.<br />
Mix (B) with 1 cup of boiled water and make a soup.</p>
<p>ã4ãPlace the noodles in a bowl and top with the kimchi, white meat, sprouts and sudachi.</p>
