■Ingredients (easy to make amount)
2 cucumbers
1 bell pepper (yellow)
1/4 apple
1 clove garlic
1/2 piece of ginger
(A) 500ml rice water
(A) 2 teaspoons salt
(A) 1 teaspoon sugar
2 red chili peppers (seeds removed)
■How to make
【1】Mix (A) in a pot and heat. When it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and let it cool.
【2】Cut cucumbers and bell peppers into chunks, cut apples in half lengthwise with skin on, and slice crosswise.
Cut the garlic in half. Cut the ginger into thin slices so as to break up the fibers.
【3】Put 2, red pepper and the pickling liquid of 1 into a clean jar or storage container sterilized with alcohol.
Cover with plastic wrap and keep at room temperature out of direct sunlight for a day or two.
When ready to serve, transfer to a storage container and store in the refrigerator.
