Prepare ice water to soften the gelatin.</p>
<p>ãHow to makeã<br />
â Soften the gelatin in ice water.<br />
â¡Place the mandarin oranges, minus the syrup, in a glass. Attach them to the sides of the glass so that they can be seen when the pudding liquid is poured. Put the remaining oranges after pouring the liquid.<br />
â¢When the gelatin is well blistered, drain it with kitchen paper and put it in a bowl. Add about 1/4 of the milk and the sugar and mix with rubber spatula.<br />
â£Heat the mixture in a microwave until the gelatin melt.<br />
â»Be careful not to heat until it boils, or the milk will separate.<br />
If you are unsure, heat the milk and sugar alone before adding the blended gelatin.<br />
â¤Add all the remaining milk and cool in ice water until thickened.<br />
