Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces&period; Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly and cut the Japanese parsley into large chunks&period; Wash the separated lilly bulbs&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;②Mix the egg stock mixture&lpar;A&rpar; and strain&period; Add the grated carrot&comma; and mix well&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;※Don’t froth when beating the egg because it can be the cause of spongy chawan-mushi&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;③Place the chicken &comma; the shiitake mushrooms&comma;the lilly bulbs in serving cups and pour ② until 80&percnt; full&comma; and place the Japanese parsley top of them&period;Cover with aluminium foil&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;④Set a steamer on a pre-heated pot and place the cups prepared in ③&comma;
