(A)200g minced chicken (thigh)<br />
(A) 80ml amazake<br />
(A)1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce<br />
(A)1 piece ginger (chopped)</p>

ã1ãPut (A) in a pan and mix well.</p>
<p>ã2ãCook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the liquid is absorbed and the color becomes darker.</p>
