・350g sweet potato
・1〜3 tbls maple syrup
・3〜4 tbls coconut milk
・2〜3 tbls nuts butter(non-sugar)
※may use peanut butter or almond butter
・1 tsp vanilla extract
・a pinch of salt
〈Instructions〉
1. Cut the sweet potato into slices and steam.
2. Once it softens, mash them in a bowl.
3. Mix all of the ingredients into 1) except for the vanilla extract.
If decide to use peanut butter instead, make sure to mix into 1) while the sweet potato is still warm.
4. Add the vanilla extract once the ingredients have been throughly mixed.
5. Form the dough into the shapes as seen in the photo with your hands.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200℃. Enjoy!
