1&period;種を取り粗みじんにする<br &sol;>&NewLine; 種は後で使います<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>・小松菜<br &sol;>&NewLine; 1&period;水洗いして土を落とす<br &sol;>&NewLine; 2&period;茎と葉を切り分ける<br &sol;>&NewLine; 3&period;60℃~80℃で茹でる<br &sol;>&NewLine; 4&period;水気を切る<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>・卵<br &sol;>&NewLine; 1&period;割って鍵混ぜておく<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>・えのき<br &sol;>&NewLine; 1&period;みじん切りにする<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>・柚<br &sol;>&NewLine; 1&period;よく洗う<br &sol;>&NewLine; 2&period;半分に切り、種を取る<br &sol;>&NewLine; 3&period;半分は、皮を千切りにしておく<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>・鶏モモ肉 200g<br &sol;>&NewLine; 1&period;ドリップをキッチンペーパーでふき取る<br &sol;>&NewLine; 2&period;骨やスジを取る<br &sol;>&NewLine; 3&period;1&percnt;の塩を振り20分~30分置く<br &sol;>&NewLine; 4&period;ドリップをキッチンペーパーでふき取る<br &sol;>&NewLine; 5&period;梅干しの種、クローブを入れ、水からゆでこぼす<br &sol;>&NewLine;  ※感覚的消臭法と物理的消臭法の組み合わせ<br &sol;>&NewLine; 6&period;鶏肉を水洗いして、水気を取る<br &sol;>&NewLine; 7&period;一口大に切る<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>・片栗粉<br &sol;>&NewLine;
