1 tablespoon soy sauce<br />

1. Cut radish into 2cm wide gingko slices, cut fried tofu into 6 equal pieces and pour boiling water over them.<br />
2. Add water, seasonings and daikon to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.<br />
3. Add fried tofu and simmer until radish is tender.<br />
