<p>150g(5.3oz) sliced beef<br />
1/2 tsp salt<br />
2 tbsp sake rice wine<br />
1 onion (150g, or 5.3oz)<br />
1 tsp grated ginger<br />
2 tbsp soy sauce<br />
2 tbsp sugar<br />
100ml (7 tbsp)water<br />
1/2 dashi powder</p>
