 5 g white leek<br />
 15 g fish cake<br />
 15 g Satsuma Age<br />
 10 g corn<br />
 40 g pork belly<br />
 some pepper<br />
 1 tsp lard<br />
 1 serving Champon soup</p>

 80 ml Thick dashi stock<br />
 200 ml Tonkotsu soup<br />
 1/3 tsp salt<br />
 1 tbsp soy sauce</p>
<p>Easy version(for 1 serving)<br />
 220 ml water<br />
 60 ml milk<br />
 1 tsp soup stock<br />
 1 tbsp soy sauce<br />
 1/3 tsp Hondashi(bonito soup stock)</p>

 3 pork bone<br />
 3 litter water</p>
<p>Thick dashi stock(800ml)<br />
 30 g dried flying fish<br />
 10 g kombu<br />
 1000 ml water<br />
 15 g thick bonito flakes<br />
 15 g mixed flakes(mackerels and sardine)</p>
