â Simmered peanut and chicken wings with black vinegar<br />
Ingredients (Serves 2)<br />
300g unshelled peanuts<br />
6-8 chicken wing-tips<br />
1 green onion<br />
2 bunch of bok choy<br />
2 boiled eggs<br />
Aã2 Tbsps black vinegar<br />
Aã2 Tbsps soy sauce<br />
Aã2 Tbsps sweet sake<br />
1 tsp sesame oil</p>
<p>Directions<br />
â Scrub unshelled peanuts clean, rubbing the shells against each other. Drain on a sieve.<br />
Place them in boiling salted water(2 Tbsps salt per 1 liter of water), and boil for about 25 min., covering with a drop-lid.<br />
Drain on a sieve and let stand until cool. Shell peanuts.<br />
â¡Score the chicken wing-tips to make it easier to eat, cut green onion into 1 1/2-inch pieces.<br />
Boil bok choy in boiling salted water(except quantity), and drain in a sieve.<br />
â¢Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a deep frying pan, and place the green onion and chicken wing-tips with skin-side down.<br />
Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel until browned, and add 2 cups of water.<br />
Add A after boil for a while, and reduce the heat to low, simmer for about 15min.<br />
â£Add the peanuts and boiled eggs, simmer over medium heat until the liquid starts to thicken.<br />
â¤Cut the egg in half.<br />
Arrange everything in a bowl, place the bok choy on the side.</p>
