<p>âYogurt Chocolate Cheesecake</p>
<p>â Ingredients (for one 15cm round mold)<br />
Dough<br />
-150g cream cheese (let it come to room temperature)<br />
-150g yogurt, drained<br />
-50g sugar<br />
-1 egg<br />
-1/2 cup heavy cream<br />
-2 tablespoons each of flour and cocoa powder<br />

ã1ãPreheat oven to 180 degrees.<br />
In a bowl, knead the cream cheese until it becomes creamy.<br />
Add sugar and mix.</p>
<p>ã2ãAdd the drained yogurt, beaten egg, and cream, mixing each time.<br />
When the mixture is smooth, sift in the flour and cocoa.<br />
Use a rubber spatula to scoop the mixture from the bottom.</p>
