3 potatoes
100g macaroni
1/3 carrot
1/4 purple onion
2 slices of ham
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons mayonnaise

*How to make*
1. Peel and boil the potatoes, then mash them in a bowl.
2.Cut carrots, onions and ham into thin slices.
3. Add the boiled macaroni and vegetables to the bowl.
4. Add seasonings.

*** Carrot rape with tuna and onion***
*Ingredients*
1 carrot
1 can of tuna
1/4 of an onion
*Seasoning liquid*
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar (vinegar)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
A pinch of black pepper
*How to make*
1.Cut carrot into thin strips. Cut onion into thin slices.
2. Mix canned tuna, carrots and onion in a bowl.
3. Add the seasoning liquid and mix well.

*Ingredients*
200g green beans
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 teaspoon soup stock
2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
*How to make*
1. Add sesame seeds, sugar, granulated soup stock and soy sauce to a mortar and scrape together.
2.Add boiled green beans and mix well.

*** Pickled radishes ***
*Ingredients*
1/3 radish’s peel
50 ml soy sauce
50 ml vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 hawk’s claw
* How to make*
1. Peel daikon thickly and cut into sticks about 7mm wide.
2. Put soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and falcon’s claw in a pot and bring to a boil.
3. Pour the warmed seasoning liquid over the radish skin and let it soak in.

*** Simmered radish and deep-fried tofu ***
*How to make*
1. Cut radish into 2cm wide gingko slices, cut fried tofu into 6 equal pieces and pour boiling water over them.
2. Add water, seasonings and daikon to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add fried tofu and simmer until radish is tender.

* Ingredients*
1 radish’s leaf
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
A pinch of salt
2 teaspoons white sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
*How to make*
1. Cut radish’s leaf into small pieces.
2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry radish leaves.
3. Add the seasoning and mix to finish.

1 bunch broccoli
A pinch of salt
* How to make*
1. Put broccoli, water and salt in a pot and boil for 1 or 2 minutes.
