Champon Udon(for 1 serving)
1 serving Udon noodle
80 g cabbage
20 g onion
15 g carrot
5 g white leek
15 g fish cake
15 g Satsuma Age
10 g corn
40 g pork belly
some pepper
1 tsp lard
1 serving Champon soup
Champon soup(for 1 serving)
80 ml Thick dashi stock
200 ml Tonkotsu soup
1/3 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
Easy version(for 1 serving)
220 ml water
60 ml milk
1 tsp soup stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 tsp Hondashi(bonito soup stock)
Tonkotsu soup(800ml)
3 pork bone
3 litter water
Thick dashi stock(800ml)
30 g dried flying fish
10 g kombu
1000 ml water
15 g thick bonito flakes
15 g mixed flakes(mackerels and sardine)
