150g sliced beef<br />
1/2 of an onion<br />
1 red and 1 green bell pepper<br />
2 cabbage leaves (100g)<br />
(A) 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce<br />
(A)1 tablespoon each sake and sesame oil<br />
(A) 2 teaspoons sugar<br />
(A) 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce<br />
(A) 1 clove garlic (grated)<br />
A pinch of white sesame seeds</p>

ã1ãCut green pepper and onion lengthwise into thin slices, and cabbage into 1.5cm pieces.</p>
<p>ã2ãPut the beef, onion, and green bell pepper in a bowl, add (A), and rub in.<br />
