<p>[Snapper rice bowl with pickled sea bream]<br />
Half a sea bream<br />
Dashi soy sauce to taste<br />
Shiso leaves, to taste<br />
A pinch of ground sesame seeds</p>
<p>1. cut the sea bream into three pieces and remove the skin. Grind the sashimi thickly.<br />
2. cut the shiso leaves into strips and combine with a dashi-soy sauce and sesame seeds.<br />
Lightly marinate 1 in 2 and place on a bowl of rice.<br />
*Do not soak too much. Serve immediately after adding.</p>
