âShio Koji Soup with Spring Vegetables</p>
<p>â Ingredients<br />
1 leaf of spring cabbage (100g)<br />
1/2 fresh onion<br />
2 asparagus<br />
1 slice of bacon<br />
2 teaspoons olive oil<br />
1 1/2 tablespoons salted malt<br />
A pinch of pepper</p>
<p>â How to make<br />
ã1ãCut cabbage into 1.5 cm pieces, onion into 1.5 cm cubes, and cabbage into 1.5 cm cubes.<br />
Peel 1/3 of the asparagus from the root and cut into 3 cm pieces.<br />
Cut bacon into 1 cm pieces.</p>
