<p>Gratin of Canned Mackerel and Vegetables</p>
<p>Ingredients<br />
1 can mackerel<br />
3~4 small eringi mushrooms<br />
1/2 onion<br />
6 pieces of frozen broccoli<br />
3 small tomatoes<br />
A pinch of salt<br />
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce<br />
Pizza cheese to taste<br />
Parmesan cheese to taste<br />
1 tsp olive oil</p>
<p>1. Cut eringi mushrooms and tomatoes into bite-size pieces.<br />
2. Heat oil in a frying pan, sprinkle onion and eringi lightly with salt, and saute.<br />
3. Add canned mackerel with its juice, tomatoes and broccoli and saute lightly.<br />
4. Add 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and saute for 2~3 minutes.<br />
5. Place 4 in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes.</p>
