エリンギ、トマトは食べやすい大きさに、玉ねぎは薄切りにする。<br &sol;>&NewLine;2&period; フライパンに油を熱し、玉ねぎ、エリンギに軽く塩をふり、炒める。<br &sol;>&NewLine;3&period; サバ缶を汁ごと加え、トマト、ブロッコリーも加え軽く炒める。<br &sol;>&NewLine;4&period; ウスターソース小さじ1を加え2~3分炒め煮にする。<br &sol;>&NewLine;5&period; 耐熱皿に4を入れ、チーズを振りかけ、オーブントースターで10分程焼く。<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Gratin of Canned Mackerel and Vegetables<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Ingredients<br &sol;>&NewLine;1 can mackerel<br &sol;>&NewLine;3~4 small eringi mushrooms<br &sol;>&NewLine;1&sol;2 onion<br &sol;>&NewLine;6 pieces of frozen broccoli<br &sol;>&NewLine;3 small tomatoes<br &sol;>&NewLine;A pinch of salt<br &sol;>&NewLine;1 tsp Worcestershire sauce<br &sol;>&NewLine;Pizza cheese to taste<br &sol;>&NewLine;Parmesan cheese to taste<br &sol;>&NewLine;1 tsp olive oil<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>1&period; Cut eringi mushrooms and tomatoes into bite-size pieces&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;2&period; Heat oil in a frying pan&comma; sprinkle onion and eringi lightly with salt&comma; and saute&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;3&period; Add canned mackerel with its juice&comma; tomatoes and broccoli and saute lightly&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;4&period; Add 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and saute for 2~3 minutes&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;5&period;
