4 fresh oranges Juice<br />
500g orange juice, plus juice<br />
60g sugar<br />
7.5g powdered gelatin<br />
2 oranges</p>
<p>ãPreparationã<br />
ã»Wash oranges well and blot dry with kitchen paper.</p>
<p>ãHow to makeã<br />
â Cut 1/3 of the way through the stem. Cut a knife along the edge of the peel and take out the inside.<br />
â¡Use a hollowing out tool (or a small spoon) to carefully hollow out the peel little by little so as not to break the peel. Leave the center part as it is because it will have a hole if you remove it.<br />
â»If a hole is made in the bottom, slowly put in the bottom to prevent tearing with the cut end and plug the hole.<br />

â¥Measure the squeezed juice and if it is less than 500g, add 100% orange juice and transfer a portion (100cc) to a small bowl. Add sugar and mix well.<br />
â¦Heat in microwave oven at 600w for about 50 seconds to dissolve the sugar that has settled to the bottom of the bowl. Sprinkle in the powdered gelatin and mix well.<br />
â§Transfer the gelatin mixture to a slightly larger bowl and add the remaining orange juice a little at a time.<br />
â¨Pour the jelly into an orange bowl filled with cut oranges and refrigerate for 3 hours to harden.<br />
Place the lid of the bowl in the refrigerator with the inside of the lid facing up so that it does not dry out.<br />
â»The amount of jelly liquid will vary depending on the size of the oranges, so pour the remainder into a glass or other container to harden.<br />
