ã»Bring the whole eggs to room temperature.<br />
ã»Place the molds on a baking sheet, making sure that the front and back of the molds do not overlap.<br />
ã»When the chocolate and butter are melted, preheat the oven to 170°C.<br />
ã»Mix cake flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.</p>
<p>ãHow to makeã<br />
â Peel and tear one banana into small pieces, place in a bowl, and mash into a puree with a fork. Slice the remaining two bananas a little thicker.<br />
â¡Mix sweet chocolate and unsalted butter and heat at 600w for about 1.5 minutes to melt, then mix with a whipper and add sugar. Add sugar. The sugar will not melt completely.<br />
â¢Crack in one whole egg at a time and mix well. When lightly mixed, crack in one more egg and mix well to emulsify.<br />
☆Even if it looks like it is mixed, if the chocolate is sliding out of the bowl, the emulsion has not been fully removed. It is hard to tell because the dough is glossy, but mix thoroughly until the chocolate no longer slides out of the bowl.</p>
<p>â£When the emulsification has been removed, add the banana paste and mix until the mixture becomes homogeneous.<br />
â¤Sift in the flour mixture all at once and mix slowly from the center until no powdery residue remains.<br />
â¥Transfer the mixture into a bag and fill the bag to the 8th fill of the mold, top with the cut bananas and bake at 170â for 20 minutes.<br />
When baked, remove from the baking sheet and cool on a cake cooler.<br />
