âIngredients (4pax)<br />
• 200g ground pork<br />
• 1 cucumber<br />
• 1 bag sprout<br />
• 1/2 carrot<br />
• 4 packs ramen noodle<br />
• Sesame oil, salt, toasted sesame as needed<br />
• 1 pack Korean seaweed (or shredded seaweed)<br />
• 4 hot spring egg/soft boiled egg<br />
• Dai Aso Hot &#038; Spicy Tsuyu as needed<br />
• Dai Aso Yakiniku Sauce as needed </p>
<p>âPreparation<br />
1. Cut the carrot into thin strips, and microwave it for 1 and a half to 2 mins. Also microwave the sprout for 1 min and let them cool down a little bit.<br />
2. Cut the cucumber into thin strips. Toss the carrot, sprout and cucumber with sesame oil, salt and toasted sesame.<br />
3. Put salad oil onto the pan, stir-fry pork and flavor it with Yakiniku Sauce after it’s cooked. Stir-fry until the sauce is evaporated and cool it down briefly.<br />
4. Boil the ramen noodle and rinse in cold/ice-cold water for firm texture.<br />
5. Arrange the noodle, vegetables, meat, egg and seaweed in a bowl. Pour the Hot &#038; Spicy Tsuyu as you like.</p>
