<p>Stuffed Chinese Cabbage Rolls<br />
Servings: 12 rolls</p>
<p>INGREDIENTS<br />
6 Chinese cabbage leaves<br />
2 pinches salt</p>
<p>A<br />
 100g ground pork<br />
 1/4 bunch Chinese chives (chopped)<br />
 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger<br />
 1 tablespoon potato starch<br />
 1 teaspoon soy sauce</p>
<p>B<br />
 1 tablespoon soy sauce<br />
 1/2 tablespoon vinegar<br />
 1/2 teaspoon sugar<br />
 1 teaspoon chili oil<br />
 1 teaspoon grated garlic<br />
 Some white sesame seeds</p>
<p>PREPARATION<br />
1. Separate the core from Chinese cabbage leaves. Wrap the leaves with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.</p>
<p>2. Chop the core (1). Put some salt and rest for 5 minutes. Drain the water and mix with all A ingredients in a bowl.</p>
<p>3. Place a Chinese cabbage leaf (1), put the filling (2) in the center and roll. Place rolls onto a heat-proof plate and microwave for 4 minutes and half at 600W.</p>
<p>4. Mix all B ingredients to serve with rolls.</p>
<p>5. Enjoy!</p>
