<p>Cream Croquette with Crab Sticks<br />
Servings: 3</p>
<p>INGREDIENTS<br />
1 hanpen (fish cake)</p>
<p>A<br />
50g crab sticks (kanikama)<br />
1/4 onion (chopped and microwaved for 30 seconds)<br />
10g melted butter<br />
1 tablespoon milk<br />
1/3 teaspoon consommé powder<br />
1/4 teaspoon salt</p>
<p>Panko breadcrumbs, as needed<br />
Oil (for frying), as needed</p>
<p>PREPARATION<br />
1. Mash the hanpen in a plastic bag with hands.</p>
<p>2. Add all of the ingredients A into the bag (1) and knead. Divide the hanpen mixture<br />
into 3 equal parts and form into balls. Coat them with panko breadcrumbs.</p>
<p>3. Pour the oil into a pan (to fill just 1 cm depth of the pan). Cook the croquettes (2)<br />
until golden.</p>
