âSummer Vegetable Salad with Yogurt and Salted Koji Dressing</p>
<p>â Ingredients (Serves 2)<br />
3-4 green curls (lettuce of your choice)<br />
1 tomato<br />
1/2 zucchini<br />
4 okra<br />
2 eggs<br />
4 tablespoons plain yogurt<br />
1/2 tablespoon salted Koji<br />
1 teaspoon olive oil</p>
<p>â How to make<br />
ã1ãBoil plenty of water in a pot, add a pinch of salt (not included) and okra, boil for 1 minute and take out.<br />
Boil the eggs in the same water for 8 minutes, remove from the pot and cool in iced water for 5 minutes.<br />
Peel the shells and cut into bite-size pieces.</p>
