1/2 avocado<br />
2 okra<br />
3 asparagus stalks<br />
snow peas<br />
cucumber<br />
daikon (giant white radish) sprouts<br />
1 fig<br />
1 Tbsp olive oil<br />
grated garlic<br />
chili pepper<br />
salt &#038; pepper</p>

1. Cut the asparagus into 3 pieces, cut the okra in half diagonally, and<br />
thinly slice the okra. Thinly slice and blanch the cucumber. Cut the fig<br />
into 4 pieces.<br />
2. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, and boil the spaghetti for<br />
9 minutes.<br />
3. When there is 1 minute remaining for the spaghetti to boil, add the<br />
asparagus, okra, and snow peas.<br />
4. In a frying pan, heat olive oil, add the garlic and chili pepper and<br />
cook until fragrant.<br />
5. Add some pasta cooking water, and season with salt &#038; pepper.<br />
6. Serve the spaghetti in a serving dish, add top with the avocado,<br />
cucumber, asparagus, okra, daikon sprouts, and fig.</p>
