<p>ãInstructionsã<br />
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them thoroughly.<br />
2. Pour the beaten eggs into a frying pan and cook while gently stirring to scramble them.<br />
3. Add the ground pork to the frying pan and continue to stir, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks, just like you did with the eggs.<br />
4. Once the pork is cooked through, add the granulated sugar, soy sauce, granulated dashi, cooking sake, mirin, and ginger. Cook, stirring continuously, until the seasonings are well incorporated and the mixture thickens.<br />
5. To serve, spoon half of the egg and pork mixture over a portion of rice. Your dish is now complete.</p>
