ãIngredientsã<br />
350g slab of pork loin<br />
2+1/2 Tbsp miso<br />
2+1/2 Tbsp honey<br />
1/2 tsp grated garlic<br />
1 tsp grated ginger</p>
<p>ãDirectionsã<br />
1. Combine the miso, honey, garlic, and ginger.<br />
2. Heat oil (not listed) in a frying pan, and sear the outside of the pork.<br />
3. Put 2 into a microwave-safe bowl, spread 1 all over the pork, leave uncovered and microwave (600w) for 9 minutes.<br />
4. Remove from the microwave, turn over the pork, cover with plastic wrap, and let sit for 20 minutes.<br />
5. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces, and spoon on the remaining sauce.</p>
