1.Peel and thinly slice the onion.<br />
2.Beat the egg and set it aside.<br />
3.In a frying pan (or pot), combine the sliced onion, chicken, and sauce (A). Bring to a boil over medium heat.<br />
4.Once the broth is boiling, slowly pour in 2/3 of the beaten egg while stirring.<br />
