ãIngredientsã(Makes 4 Rolls)<br />
4 spring roll wrappers<br />
150 g small shrimp (peeled)<br />
5cm Welsh onion<br />
4 shiso leaves<br />
1 Tbsp sake<br />
1/2 Tbsp potato starch<br />
taberu rayu (edible chili oil)<br />
salt<br />
1 Tbsp flour<br />
1 Tbsp water</p>

1. Finely chop the shrimp with a knife, and chop the Welsh onion.<br />
2. In a bowl, combine 1, sake, potato starch, taberu rayu, and salt.<br />
3. Dissolve the flour in the water.<br />
4. Place a shiso leaf on a spring roll wrapper, add 2, and roll up.<br />
