<p>â Ingredients (2 serves)<br />
ã»1 oil-free canned tuna<br />
ã»250 g lotus root<br />
ï¼Aï¼1 tbsp miso<br />
ï¼Aï¼1/2 tbsp mayonnaise<br />
ï¼Aï¼1/2 tsp soy sauce<br />
ï¼Aï¼Coarsly ground black pepper to taste<br />
ã»Some green chopped onions<br />
ã»Some roasted white sesame seeds</p>
<p>â Instruction<br />
1ï¼Peel the lotus root and cut it into half-moon slices about 5mm wide. Rinse quickly in water and drain excess moisture. Place the slices in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes.<br />
2ï¼Add canned tuna in water (without oil) and (A) to the bowl with the microwaved lotus root. Mix well.<br />
3ï¼Serve on a plate, garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle white sesame seeds to complete!</p>
