200g beef<br />
2 Chinese cabbage leaves<br />
1 Welsh onion<br />
enoki mushrooms<br />
1/2 grilled tofu<br />
2 eggs<br />
beef tallow<br />
1 tsp instant dashi<br />
2 Tbsp sugar<br />
50ml soy sauce<br />
50ml sake<br />
50ml mirin<br />

1. Chop the Chinese cabbage leaves, cut the Welsh onion diagonally, separate the enoki mushrooms into smaller clusters, and cut the tofu into bite-size pieces.<br />
2. Heat the beef tallow in a pot, cook the Welsh onion until lightly browned, then remove.<br />
3. Cook the beef, then add sugar, sake, instant dashi, mirin, and soy sauce.<br />
4. Add the Chinese cabbage leaves, enoki mushrooms, and tofu, and simmer.<br />
