Line a muffin mould with paper.</p>

Prepare each of the ingredients.<br />
Broccoli: Boil the broccoli.<br />
Onions: Cut into bite-size pieces.<br />
Sausage: Slice into thick slices that are not too thin.<br />
Cherry tomatoes &#8211; remove the heft and cut in half.</p>
<p>Make the dough.<br />
Measure the unsalted butter and rice oil into a heatproof bowl and heat in a microwave oven at 600 W for 30 seconds. The butter should melt and the liquid should be warm. (A)</p>
<p>Preheat the oven to 180â.</p>
<p>Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well with a whisk, then add the sugar.<br />
Add the cheese powder, salt and pepper in this order, mix well and then add (A) while stirring. Add the milk and almond pudding in this order, mixing well after each addition.<br />
Sift in the flour (flour and baking powder) and mix slowly from the centre. When evenly mixed, add the prepared ingredients, reserving some for the surface. Mix quickly.<br />
Spoon the dough into the moulds in equal portions.<br />
Drizzle the surface of the dough with ketchup and place the broccoli, sausage, onions, cherry tomatoes and melted cheese on top in that order.<br />
Bake in the oven at 180â for 25 minutes.</p>
<p>Once baked, remove from the mould and leave to cool. Serve when just off the heat!</p>
