<p>â·How to make:<br />
1. make the waffles. In a bowl, combine sugar, salt, rice flour, ground almonds, cocoa powder, and baking powder.<br />
2. Add the whole eggs one at a time and mix well while mashing the eggs.<br />
3. Combine the unsalted butter and sweet chocolate and melt them together over a pan of simmering water until smooth. Add to the mixture and mix well.<br />
4. Add milk and blend well.<br />
5. Heat both sides of the waffle maker, lightly oil it, and pour in the batter. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, 5 to 6 minutes total.<br />
