as well as for breakfast or a light meal&period; Please give it a try&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8211&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>【材料】(3〜4人分)<br &sol;>&NewLine;・キャベツ 100g<br &sol;>&NewLine;・にんじん 50g<br &sol;>&NewLine;・玉ねぎ 1&sol;2個<br &sol;>&NewLine;・じゃがいも 1個<br &sol;>&NewLine;・トマト缶 200g<br &sol;>&NewLine;・ベーコン 60g<br &sol;>&NewLine;・水 500ml<br &sol;>&NewLine;・ケチャップ 大さじ2<br &sol;>&NewLine;・顆粒コンソメ 大さじ1<br &sol;>&NewLine;・砂糖 小さじ2<br &sol;>&NewLine;・料理酒 大さじ1<br &sol;>&NewLine;・おろしニンニク 小さじ1<br &sol;>&NewLine;・オリーブオイル 小さじ2<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>【作り方】<br &sol;>&NewLine;1&period;じゃがいもを1cm角に切り、水に10分ほど浸す。<br &sol;>&NewLine;2&period;にんじんを8mm角、玉ねぎを1cm角、キャベツをざく切りにベーコンは5mm幅できる。<br &sol;>&NewLine;3&period;フライパンにオリーブオイルをひき、ベーコンを炒め、焼き色がついたら、じゃがいも、にんじん、玉ねぎを加える。<br &sol;>&NewLine;4&period;サッと混ぜたらニンニクを加え混ぜ、キャベツを加え料理酒を加えて蓋をし、弱めの中火で2分蒸し焼きする。<br &sol;>&NewLine;5&period;蓋をあけアルコールを飛ばし、トマト缶を加えて水分を飛ばす。<br &sol;>&NewLine;6&period;ケチャップも加え軽くすいぶんを飛ばし混ぜ、水、コンソメ、砂糖を加え沸騰したら、蓋をして弱火で5分煮て完成。<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>【ingredients】<br &sol;>&NewLine;・100g Cabbage<br &sol;>&NewLine;・50g Carrots<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1&sol;2 Onion<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1 Potato<br &sol;>&NewLine;・200g Canned tomatoes<br &sol;>&NewLine;・60g Bacon<br &sol;>&NewLine;・500ml Water<br &sol;>&NewLine;・2 tbsp Ketchup<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1 tbsp Granulated consomme<br &sol;>&NewLine;・2 tsp Sugar<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1 tbsp Cooking sake<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1 tsp Minced garlic<br &sol;>&NewLine;・2 tsp Olive oil<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>【Instructions】<br &sol;>&NewLine;1&period; Cut the potato into 1cm cubes and soak in water for about 10 minutes&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;2&period; Cut the carrot into 8mm cubes&comma; the onion into 1cm cubes&comma; and roughly chop the cabbage&period; Slice the bacon into 5mm strips&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;3&period; Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the bacon&period; Once browned&comma; add the potato&comma; carrot&comma; and onion&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;4&period; Stir briefly&comma; then add the garlic and mix&period; Add the cabbage and cooking sake&comma; cover with a lid&comma; and steam over medium-low heat for 2 minutes&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;5&period; Remove the lid to let the alcohol evaporate&comma; then add the canned tomatoes and cook until the moisture reduces&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;6&period; Add ketchup and continue cooking to reduce moisture slightly&period;
