ã»1/2 Onion<br />
ã»1 Potato<br />
ã»200g Canned tomatoes<br />
ã»60g Bacon<br />
ã»500ml Water<br />
ã»2 tbsp Ketchup<br />
ã»1 tbsp Granulated consomme<br />
ã»2 tsp Sugar<br />
ã»1 tbsp Cooking sake<br />
ã»1 tsp Minced garlic<br />
ã»2 tsp Olive oil</p>
<p>ãInstructionsã<br />
1. Cut the potato into 1cm cubes and soak in water for about 10 minutes.<br />
2. Cut the carrot into 8mm cubes, the onion into 1cm cubes, and roughly chop the cabbage. Slice the bacon into 5mm strips.<br />
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the bacon. Once browned, add the potato, carrot, and onion.<br />
4. Stir briefly, then add the garlic and mix. Add the cabbage and cooking sake, cover with a lid, and steam over medium-low heat for 2 minutes.<br />
5. Remove the lid to let the alcohol evaporate, then add the canned tomatoes and cook until the moisture reduces.<br />
6. Add ketchup and continue cooking to reduce moisture slightly. Pour in water, consomme, and sugar. Once it reaches a boil, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Enjoy!</p>
