<p>â Instructions<br />
1. Peel the daikon and carrots and cut them in half.<br />
2. Rub the cucumber with salt, then sprinkle salt on the daikon and carrots and leave for 10 minutes.<br />
3. Add the miso, yogurt, sugar and dashi stock to a storage bag and mix well.<br />
4. Wipe off the moisture from the vegetables, place them in a storage bag and let them sit for 1-2 days to finish pickling.</p>
