Peel the daikon and carrots and cut them in half&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;2&period; Rub the cucumber with salt&comma; then sprinkle salt on the daikon and carrots and leave for 10 minutes&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;3&period;
