<p>Ingredients: &#x26ab; Komatsuna (250g) &#x26ab; Bean sprouts (200g)<br />
Seasonings: &#x26ab; Sesame oil (1 1/2 tablespoons) &#x26ab; Soy sauce (1 teaspoon) &#x26ab; Chicken stock powder (1 teaspoon) &#x26ab; Roasted sesame seeds (1 tablespoon) &#x26ab; Salt and pepper (to taste)</p>
<p>How to make: 1. Cut the komatsuna into 7cm pieces and wash them under running water. Wash the bean sprouts under running water. 2. Place each in a heat-resistant container and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes for the komatsuna and 2.5 minutes for the bean sprouts.<br />
3. Cool each under running water, squeeze out the water, and place in a bowl. 4. Add sesame oil (1 and a half tablespoons), soy sauce (1 teaspoon), chicken stock powder (1 teaspoon), roasted sesame seeds (1 tablespoon), salt and pepper (to taste), mix well and it&#8217;s done.</p>
