2 tbsp Sugar<br &sol;>&NewLine;・2 tbsp Vinegar<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1 tsp&comma; 1 tbsp Sake<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1&sol;4 tsp Salt<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1&sol;2 tsp Grated ginger<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1 tsp Potato starch ×2<br &sol;>&NewLine;・Vegetable oil<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>■Instructions<br &sol;>&NewLine;1&period; Slice the chicken breast into thin strips&comma; rub with sugar&comma; and soak in salt and sake&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;2&period; Cut the eggplant into irregular pieces and soak in water&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;3&period; Thinly slice the pumpkin and loosen the maitake mushrooms with your hands&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;4&period; Combine the sugar&comma; sake&comma; soy sauce&comma; vinegar&comma; ginger&comma; potato starch&comma; and water&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;5&period; Wipe the eggplant dry&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;6&period; Add the potato starch to the chicken and mix&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;7&period; Add oil to a frying pan&comma; add the chicken breast&comma; eggplant&comma; and pumpkin&comma; cover&comma; and steam-fry over low heat for 2 minutes&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;8&period; Flip the ingredients over&comma; add the maitake mushrooms&comma;
