🧂 Ingredients (2–3 servings)
Ripe bananas … 2 (medium-sized)
Egg … 3
Milk … 100ml
Pancake mix … 100g
Optional toppings:
Butter, maple syrup, honey, or sliced fresh fruits 🍓🍯
🍳 Instructions
1. Mash the bananas
In a mixing bowl, peel and mash the ripe bananas until smooth (a few small chunks are okay).
2. Make the batter
Add the egg, milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Sift in the flour and baking powder, then stir gently until combined. Don’t overmix — the batter should be slightly thick.
3. Cook the pancakes
Heat a pan over low to medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
