“Carrot Blocks with Ground Sesame”</p>
<p>Ingredients (Serves 2)<br />
 • Carrot … 1 (200g)<br />
 • Mentsuyu (2x concentrated) … 1 Tbsp<br />
 • Sugar … 1 tsp<br />
 • Salted butter … 15g<br />
 • Ground sesame … 2 Tbsp</p>
<p>Instructions<br />
 1. Remove the carrot tops and peel. Cut into 1cm (½ inch) cubes.<br />
 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mentsuyu, sugar, and butter. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.<br />
 3. Remove the wrap, add ground sesame, and mix well.</p>
