I highly recommend you give them a try&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8212&semi;&&num;8211&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>■材料(3〜4人分)<br &sol;>&NewLine;・豚バラ薄切り肉 80g<br &sol;>&NewLine;・キャベツ 80g<br &sol;>&NewLine;・にんじん 20g<br &sol;>&NewLine;・もやし 80g<br &sol;>&NewLine;・コーン 50g<br &sol;>&NewLine;・むきえび 80g<br &sol;>&NewLine;・かまぼこ 40g<br &sol;>&NewLine;・そうめん お好みの量<br &sol;>&NewLine;・水 700ml<br &sol;>&NewLine;・無調整豆乳 100ml<br &sol;>&NewLine;・醤油 大さじ1<br &sol;>&NewLine;・オイスターソース 大さじ1&period;5<br &sol;>&NewLine;・砂糖 小さじ1<br &sol;>&NewLine;・鶏ガラスープの素 大さじ1<br &sol;>&NewLine;・おろしニンニク 小さじ1&sol;2<br &sol;>&NewLine;・すりごま 大さじ1<br &sol;>&NewLine;・ごま油 大さじ1&sol;2<br &sol;>&NewLine;・塩胡椒 適量<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>■作り方<br &sol;>&NewLine;1&period;そうめんを茹で、流水で揉み洗いする。<br &sol;>&NewLine;2&period;キャベツをざく切り、にんじんを1cm幅、かまぼこを7mm幅、豚肉を食べやすい大きさに切り塩胡椒をまぶす。<br &sol;>&NewLine;3&period;フライパンに油をひき、豚肉を炒め、キャベツとにんじんを加えて炒める。<br &sol;>&NewLine;4&period;もやしとかまぼこを加え炒め、しんなりしたら、水、ニンニク、砂糖、オイスターソース、鶏ガラスープの素を加え沸騰させる。<br &sol;>&NewLine;5&period;エビとコーンを加えエビに火が通ったら豆乳を加える。<br &sol;>&NewLine;6&period;鍋肌が沸々してきたらそうめんを加え20秒ほど温める。<br &sol;>&NewLine;7&period;器にそうめんを入れ汁と具を盛り完成。<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>■ingredients<br &sol;>&NewLine;・80g Thinly sliced &ZeroWidthSpace;&ZeroWidthSpace;pork belly<br &sol;>&NewLine;・80g Cabbage<br &sol;>&NewLine;・20g Carrots<br &sol;>&NewLine;・80g Bean sprouts<br &sol;>&NewLine;・50g Corn<br &sol;>&NewLine;・80g Peeled shrimp<br &sol;>&NewLine;・40g Kamaboko<br &sol;>&NewLine;・Somen noodles<br &sol;>&NewLine;・700ml Water<br &sol;>&NewLine;・100ml Unsweetened soy milk<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1 tbsp Soy sauce<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1&period;5 tbsp Oyster sauce<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1 tsp Sugar<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1 tbsp Chicken stock powder<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1&sol;2 tsp Grated garlic<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1 tbsp Ground sesame<br &sol;>&NewLine;・1&sol;2 tbsp Sesame oil<br &sol;>&NewLine;・Salt and pepper <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>■Instructions<br &sol;>&NewLine;1&period; Boil the somen noodles and rinse under running water&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;2&period; Roughly chop the cabbage&comma; carrots&comma; and kamaboko into 1cm pieces&comma; cut the kamaboko into 7mm pieces&comma; and cut the pork into bite-sized pieces&comma; then sprinkle with salt and pepper&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;3&period; Add oil to a frying pan and fry the pork&comma; then add the cabbage and carrots and continue stir-frying&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;4&period; Add the bean sprouts and kamaboko and stir-fry until softened&comma; then add the water&comma; garlic&comma; sugar&comma; oyster sauce&comma; and chicken stock powder and bring to a boil&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;5&period; Add the shrimp and corn&comma; and once the shrimp is cooked through&comma; add the soy milk&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;6&period; When the surface of the pot starts to boil&comma; add the somen noodles and heat for about 20 seconds&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;7&period;
