<p>â Instructions<br />
1. Boil the somen noodles and rinse under running water.<br />
2. Roughly chop the cabbage, carrots, and kamaboko into 1cm pieces, cut the kamaboko into 7mm pieces, and cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.<br />
3. Add oil to a frying pan and fry the pork, then add the cabbage and carrots and continue stir-frying.<br />
4. Add the bean sprouts and kamaboko and stir-fry until softened, then add the water, garlic, sugar, oyster sauce, and chicken stock powder and bring to a boil.<br />
5. Add the shrimp and corn, and once the shrimp is cooked through, add the soy milk.<br />
6. When the surface of the pot starts to boil, add the somen noodles and heat for about 20 seconds.<br />
7. Place the somen noodles in bowls and top with the soup and other ingredients.</p>
