Chicken breast or thigh (shredded) … 300g<br />
Onion (chopped) … 1<br />
Garlic (minced) … 2 cloves<br />
Broccoli … 1<br />
Shimeji mushroom … 1 cup<br />
Canned diced tomatoes … 1 can (400g)<br />
Chicken broth or water … 500ml<br />
Olive oil … 1 tbsp<br />
Salt and pepper … to taste<br />
Paprika powder, cumin … optional<br />
Chicken powder &#8230; 1 tbsp<br />
Consomme cubes &#8230; 2 pcs</p>
<p>&#x1f373; Instructions</p>
<p>1. Sauté the base<br />
Heat olive oil in a pot. Add garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.</p>
<p>2. Cook the chicken<br />
Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned on all sides.</p>
<p>3. Add vegetables and tomato<br />
Add broccoli, shimeji mushrooms, and canned diced tomatoes. Stir well.</p>
<p>4. Simmer<br />
Pour in the chicken broth or water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for about 15–20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through.</p>
<p>5. Season and finish<br />
Season with salt, pepper, and dried herbs if desired. Simmer for a few more minutes to let the flavors blend.</p>
