“Our Family’s Buttered Seaweed Potatoes”</p>
<p>Ingredients (Serves 3–4)<br />
 • Potatoes … 3 (500g)<br />
 • Salted butter … 20g<br />
 • Salt … a pinch<br />
 • Aonori (green seaweed flakes) … 2 tsp</p>
<p>Instructions<br />
 1. Peel the potatoes and remove the sprouts. Cut into bite-sized pieces, soak in water for 5 minutes, then pat dry. Place in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 6 minutes. If a toothpick goes through easily, they’re ready. If still firm, heat a little longer.<br />
 2. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the potatoes and cook until all sides are golden brown (about 5–6 minutes).<br />
 3. Sprinkle with salt and aonori. Adjust the taste with salt if needed, then serve and enjoy!</p>
