“Pea Shoots and Fish Cake with Cream Cheese”</p>
<p>Ingredients (Serves 2)<br />
 • Pea shoots … 1 pack<br />
 • Fish cakes (chikuwa) … 1 pack<br />
 • White sesame seeds … 1 tbsp<br />
 • Ground white sesame seeds … 1 tbsp<br />
 • Cream cheese … 2 pieces<br />
 • Mentsuyu (2x concentrated) … 1 tbsp</p>
<p>Instructions<br />
 1. Preparation<br />
 • Cut pea shoots into 3 cm pieces, wash well, and drain.<br />
 • Slice fish cakes diagonally into 1 cm pieces.<br />
 2. Cooking<br />
 • Place washed pea shoots in a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.<br />
 • Remove the wrap, add all the ingredients, and mix well. (Tear the cream cheese by hand before adding.)</p>
